OUTSOURCING
Open Sistemas, as an international company, has the capacity to deliver solutions world wide using new technologies as a way of communicating with our customers. We offer several highly prepared profiles that can be hired by our customers during the time they consider appropriate, offering a complete portfolio of profiles that will cover all the aspects of the project development.
We propose to work using a bank of hours that the customers can purchase depending on their needs and that will be used during the project as they are needed. This way we can undertake projects that do not have a closed project plan and the bank of hours can be consumed "as you go" during the project execution.
Based on the information gathered from the customer to this point, Open Sistemas suggests an outsourcing service that will work under the following considerations:

All team members will work based in Open Sistema's office in Madrid, Spain.

All team members will have an adequate technical training and experience to fulfill the customer's expectations through the project. If there would be any proved reason that one of the selected profiles is below the project standards, the customer can request the change of this profile with another in no more than 5 days.

The bank of hours must be consumed within a one year time.

If any team member should leave Open Sistemas, he will be replaced by a member with similar skills.
