Open Sistemas is the silver sponsor of the III Jornadas gvSIG, organized by the Conselleria de Infraestructuras y Transporte (Generalitat Valenciana). The integration of OpenStreetMap (OSM) in gvSIG will be presented during this convention, which is considered as an international event and is addressed to technical users and developers in order to let them know about the last advances on gvSIG. The gvSIG is a multiplatform powerful tool that is used for territorial analysis and is run under GPL license. gvSIG allows its users to access raster and vectorial information as well as map servers under OGC specifications what represents a big difference between gvSIG and other geographic information systems.
