Customer: Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz) city council.
Introduction
The city council needed to renovate its corporative website to allow:
An adequate content management for non-technical users so that the website could be easily updated without being an expert.
Bigger interoperability with the users.
Teach technological aspects to the city council staff.

Project
It was a double project:
On the one hand to give support to the city council website creation.
On the other hand to give the necessary information to be able to create a website.
For this project it was used the TYPO3 manager which is the best Free Software based content manager. More over, Open Sistemas is one of the most experienced companies in the use of this software.
Open Sistemas sent its TYPO3 experts to Jerez in order to create the website and to teach the city council staff about the how to create a website.
Both objectives were accomplished:
The creation of the Jerez city council website.
It was explained to the city council staff how to create a website.
