Survey generation system
Customer: MSD Espaņa
As a demand from the pharmaceutical company MSD, a subsidiary branch of the northamerican Merck & CO., Inc., Open Sistemas created a survey generation system oriented to the health professionals.
The surveys are easily edited and it is possible to create combined questionnaires of single, multiple, and open answer. The access to the questionnaire can be done through different levels: with a password and through the ldap or a parameter or without access restrictions. Once the surveys are completed, they remain in the system so that the statistic information keeps available.
This survey system has been developed with the PHP technology in a MySql data base and for a platform of more than 30000 users.
