Medical guards manager

One of the researching areas of Open Sistemas is related with the development of applications specialized in the clinical and medical ambits. That is the case of the clinical assay software and similar applications.
The objective of this project was to integrate a specific tool in the Univadis.net portal. This tool had to work as aguard manager allowing the doctors to save their personal data and control their guards among different hospitals. It also had to beable to keep the hospital data, the worked hours by each doctor, the price per hour etc. From all this information the new tool had to do periodically reports on the doctor’s work.
The application was developed as a portlet under PHP technology, on an Apache Web Server in a Linux platform. The MySQL data base system and the openLDAP system.
